To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to review the following house rules:
Registration and Communication:
Please register using the Airbnb registration system prior to your arrival.
Capacity and Guests:
The maximum guest capacity allowed is specified in each studio room and must not be exceeded at any time.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Your digital key will automatically deactivate after check-out time.
Access:
Pedestrian Entrance:
Enter through the main door, which shares access to the building facilities and Casa Cocos restaurant. Take the hallway to the right of the restaurant, then the elevator to the 2nd floor where the rooms are located.
Parking:
You will be provided with a remote control for the on-site parking located to the right of the main entrance.
Quiet Hours:
Please respect the quiet hour policy from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No Smoking:
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the studio rooms.
Room Usage Recommendations:
Please turn off lights, air conditioners, and electronics when leaving the room and upon check-out.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Cleaning, Maintenance & Garbage:
Please dispose of garbage in designated containers on the 1st floor, next to the exterior elevator.
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning between reservations. Please leave the room in a tidy condition and avoid leaving excessive mess or dirty dishes.
Damages and Losses:
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the room during their stay. You may be requested to cover reasonable costs for repairs or replacements.
The host is not responsible for lost personal belongings. Please ensure you lock your doors and windows whenever you leave the room.
Balcony and Terrace Area:
Hanging clothes or towels on the balcony railing is not permitted.
Compliance with Rules:
Non-compliance with these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation and immediate expulsion from the studio without a refund.
Check-Out Instructions:
- Gather used towels in the bathroom.
- Turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and electronics.
- Leave the keys for the main entrance, room door, and parking remote control on the work desk.
- Take out your trash and deposit it in the designated container on the ground floor, next to the elevator.
- Ensure all doors and windows are closed upon your departure.
